Sublimation printing essentially uses heat to bond the ink and fabric together. First, a design is printed on a special paper. The inks that are utilized transform into gas when exposed to heat, then, at that point, join with the material and forever print onto the fabric.
We use large format „Roland” printers with „Epson” print heads and six ink colors – in addition to the standard CMYK colors we also use light Cyan and light Magenta in order to create perfect prints with 2 200 000 color nuances, smooth gradients and crystal clear quality. The inks are water based, harm free with UV protection and last a lifetime and more.

Suitable Fabrics for Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is only suitable for garments that include polyester (100% polyester or polyester blend). Examples of some polyester fabrics are: slip, spandex, chiffon, tricot, lycra, sports breathable fabrics; 100% cotton materials or other natural materials are not suitable for this method of printing.
